We want you to enjoy our rum. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at andrew@bolleyrum.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of spirits, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles unless they are defective. Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days in resalable condition. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receipt.
