1. About us

2. Adults only — alcohol sales and age verification
We sell alcoholic spirits only to people aged 18 or over. By browsing alcohol products, placing an order or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18, that the information you supply is accurate and that you are legally entitled to purchase alcohol. Do not purchase alcohol for anyone under 18. We may require proof of age or use age-verification checks before accepting or fulfilling an order. We may decline, cancel or refund an order where age cannot be verified or where we reasonably suspect an unlawful purchase.
Alcohol must be delivered to and accepted by an adult aged 18 or over. The courier or person handing over the order may request appropriate valid proof of age, and delivery must be refused if satisfactory proof is unavailable, the recipient is underage, or delivery would otherwise be unlawful. A delivery notice, adult signature or date-of-birth declaration alone does not guarantee age verification. We may use Challenge 25 procedures and appropriate physical or legally accepted certified digital identification. No alcohol will knowingly be supplied to anyone under 18.
3. Products, pricing and order acceptance
Product descriptions, sizes, alcohol by volume (ABV) and prices are shown on the relevant product pages. Prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Images may be illustrative. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may reject or cancel orders due to errors, availability, failed checks or legal restrictions, with any payment collected refunded as appropriate. An order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, as applicable.
4. Payment and security
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout, which may be processed by Dojo or another displayed provider. Payment details are handled through the relevant secure payment system. We do not need your full card number to fulfil an order.
5. Delivery
We currently offer UK delivery, generally free of charge with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 working days, subject to availability and carrier conditions. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Age verification may take place before dispatch and at handover. We are not required to release alcohol to anyone who fails an age check. Please contact us about late, lost or damaged deliveries.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
For eligible distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 days from the day after receipt to notify us of cancellation and a further 14 days to return goods. This is subject to applicable legal exceptions. We may require unopened products to be returned securely; opening a product does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights unless an applicable legal exception applies. Customers may be responsible for direct return postage for change-of-mind returns where properly disclosed. We refund qualifying cancellations in accordance with applicable consumer law, including relevant standard outbound delivery charges. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed items remain covered by statutory rights regardless of this policy. Contact andrew@bolleyrum.co.uk with an order number and details. 7. Responsible purchasing
Drink responsibly. Alcohol products are not suitable for children. Do not attempt to evade age checks or provide false information. We reserve the right to decline supply where a sale or delivery would be unlawful.

9. Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer protections. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
